 This picture – taken at 10:00 am, after we’d been hiking for three-and-a-half hours – shows Eric making his way slowly but steadily towards the pass on the skyline that’s to the left of his hat. The pass is between Pu’u Hau Kea (on the extreme right-hand edge of the photo) and Pu’u Waiau (which is on the left-hand half of the skyline). |
