Europe, 1963 |
 Together with almost all the 1962-63 AFS students from Europe, I left Hoboken, New Jersey, in late July 1963 and crossed the Atlantic on the MS Seven Seas. The ship docked in Rotterdam and, before we disembarked, I took this photograph of some of the AFS students who, like me, had spent the 1962-63 academic year at high schools in north-east Ohio.
