 Day 45 (29 October 1969) – WEST TYROL, AUSTRIA: Shortly after leaving Innsbruck at the start of our drive due west towards Liechtenstein and Switzerland, we stopped to see the Stams monastery. Still in the shade and surrounded by frost, it was a somewhat austere sight. |
