 This is a telephoto picture of the massive cone of Mt Kilimanjaro’s main peak, Kibo, looking splendid under a cloudless sky. The route to the crater rim and Gillman’s Point is clearly visible as a light line down the scree roughly 30 per cent in from the right-hand edge of the photograph. |
