 The Tanzanian State Travel Service VW Kombi was at the Marangu Gate to meet us when we finished the climb, but we discovered one of the van’s rear tyres was flat, and before the STS staff could drive us down to the Kibo hotel (thus saving us a 5 km walk), the wheel had to be changed. |
