 EDUCATION – Parktown Boys’ High School: A photograph that I took of Keith Norman (left) and of Joe Farragher while we were on our December 1958 Swaziland camping trip. More than 40 years later – in one of the more amazing coincidences of my life – I was talking to a young woman while we were in transit at Singapore airport (I was on my way from Vietnam back to New Zealand; she was on her way from Brunei back to South Africa). The young woman, a student at the University of Cape Town, was Joe Farragher’s daughter! |
