Climbing Mt Rogers, Virginia

On 1 November 2015, I hiked via the Appalachian Trail to the summit of Mt Rogers, the highest mountain in Virginia. Mt Rogers is 5,729 feet / 1,746 metres above sea-level and is the 19th highest of the fifty US state highpoints. Mt Rogers was the 34th US state highpoint that I had climbed, hiked up, or visited.
