Sassafras Mountain, South Carolina

On 28 October 2015, I went up Sassafras Mountain, the highest peak in South Carolina. Its summit is 3,553 feet / 1,083 metres above sea-level, and the mountain is the 29th highest of the fifty US state highpoints. Sassafras Mountain was the 32nd US state highpoint I climbed / visited.
