Climbing Mt Rainier, Washington |
On Independence Day 2007, Eric Hodge and I reached the summit of Mt Rainier (14,411 feet / 4,392 metres), the highest mountain in the state of Washington. Mt Rainier is the fourth highest of the US state highpoints, and it's also rated the fourth hardest to climb. It was the second state highpoint that Eric Hodge had climbed, and my fifth highpoint. |
