Climbing Mt Katahdin, Maine |
On 30 August 2013, I climbed Mt Katahdin, the highest mountain in Maine. The summit is 5,268 feet / 1,606 metres above sea-level, and it’s the 22nd highest of the fifty US state highpoints. Mt Katahdin was the 23rd state highpoint that I'd either climbed or visited. |
