80 years in 80 photographs

This web-album is a digital version of a book I made with the title Nigel Roberts: 80 years in 80 photographs. It stems from a challenge I set myself: could I summarise the 80 years of my life in 80 photographs? I decided that there should be no more than one photograph of me taken in any one calendar year. When I discovered there were eight years for which there were no photos whatsoever of me, I chose eight photographs of houses in which I have lived and I added them to the 72 pictures I’d chosen to represent my life (well, I hasten to add, really only my life to date!).
